Risk Management Hotline

Available during your policy year, Aspen offers a dedicated Insurance Agents Risk Management Hotline. The Hotline provides up to 2 hours of direct access to advice and legal consultation to assist in your loss control and risk management needs. The Hotline is intended to respond to general risk management questions regarding your professional liability exposure.

TO ACCESS THE HOTLINE, CALL WILSON ELSER TOLL-FREE
AT 888-910-0047 OR EMAIL AT [email protected]

Please have your agency name and Aspen policy number available when you call or email. The Hotline is NOT intended to act as a claims reporting Hotline nor should it be used to discuss any matters regarding an on-going claim. Communication with the Hotline will not constitute notice of a claim. If you need to report a claim or circumstance, please refer to the reporting provisions within the policy and email [email protected]. By using this service, each policyholder acknowledges that Wilson Elser is not their attorney and that no attorney-client relationship is created between Wilson Elser and the policyholder by use of the Hotline.
