At BRP, nobody gets lost in the shuffle of too many layers. We do business on a large scale but operate with only about 40 employees. Each employee is seen, heard and exposed to all the fascinating (yes, fascinating!) aspects of specialty insurance.

For example, someone in operations or support services might learn about underwriting without switching departments.
